Our mac nut spreads are made with cultured macadamia nuts. They are raw, vegan and contain all the five flavors.
Gracious Greek - Ingredients (80% local): cultured macadamia nuts, olives, bell pepper, olive oil, spinach, lemon juice, Kona sea salt, oregano, asafoetida.
Green Supreme - Ingredients (80% local): cultured macadamia nuts, olive oil, cabbage, spirulina, fennel tops and juice, lemon juice, black pepper, Kona sea salt.
Incredible Italian - Ingredients (80% local): cultured macadamia nuts, red bell pepper, carrots, dried tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, Kona sea salt, black pepper, oregano, asafoetida, turmeric, cayenne.
Magical Mexican - Ingredients (80% local): cultured macadamia nuts, sweet corn, dried tomato, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, Kona sea salt, turmeric, asafoetida.
Mystical Indian - Ingredients (80% local): cultured macadamia nuts, carrots, cabbage, jalapeno, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, asafetida, coriander, turmeric, black mustard seed, Kona sea salt.
Raw: No ingredients have been heated over 115 degrees.
Vegan: Our mac nut spreads are completely plant based. We use no animal derived ingredients, including honey, dairy or eggs.
Sattvic: Sattvic is an Ayurvedic term meaning abundant in Universal Life Force. Sattvic foods are good for mind, body and soul. These foods are vegetarian and avoid onion, garlic, eggs and mushrooms. We use asafoetida (hing), which is helpful for digestion, in place of onion and garlic. Sattvic food is freshly made and prepared by sentient people. We prepare the product in a clean environment with kiirtan music vibrating the kitchen. Sattvic food is the optimum diet for those practicing yoga and/or meditation and also delightful for everyone's taste-buds!

Cultured Macadamia Nuts: We culture our mac nuts for several hours, with 8 strains of probiotics. This makes the nuts much more digestible, and gives it a nice cheesy flavor.
